Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Jason Bledsoe collects and uses information submitted through the contact form on wjbledsoe.com.

Information collected

When you use the contact form, you may provide your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and message. Please do not include passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Information submitted through the contact form is used to review and respond to your inquiry, communicate about a potential project or professional opportunity, and maintain a record of the conversation when reasonably necessary.

SMS notifications

The contact form includes an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. If you enter a phone number and actively select that checkbox, the website may send a transactional confirmation SMS about your inquiry. Consent is not required to submit the form or purchase anything. Visitors are not automatically subscribed to marketing messages or recurring text campaigns.

The consent wording is: “I agree to receive SMS messages from wjbledsoe.com about my inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase anything.”

The website owner may also receive an internal notification when a contact form is submitted. Twilio may process SMS messages as the service provider.

Sharing and service providers

Contact-form information is not sold or rented. It may be processed by hosting, email, and SMS service providers only as needed to operate the website and deliver notifications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the website, its users, or the rights of the website owner.

Data retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage professional communications, and meet operational or legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the contact form, subject to reasonable verification and legal or operational requirements.
